Privacy policy

On this website I process personal data only as far as it is needed to run the site and to answer your enquiry. I do not use advertising, tracking or analytics services.

When you open the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the status code, and browser and operating system information. This is needed to deliver the site, find errors and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are kept only as long as this purpose requires and are then deleted. The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

If you use the contact form, I process what you enter: names, email address, optionally phone number, wedding date, location, guest count, the support you want, preferred language and your message.

The data is sent to a script on this website's server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and delivered from there by email to my mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM. I use it only to answer your enquiry and prepare our conversation.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box before sending, and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal email is enough.

I delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention duties apply. If a contract is concluded, the commercial and tax retention periods apply.

If you write to me directly by email or call, I process your details for the same purpose and on the same basis.

If you click the WhatsApp link on this website, the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web opens and you write to me from your own account. Merely opening the website sends nothing to WhatsApp.

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) then processes your data under its own privacy terms, which I cannot influence. I receive your phone number, your WhatsApp name and the content of your message, and use them only to answer you (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR, alternatively (f)). I delete the chat once the enquiry is dealt with and no statutory retention duties apply.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, please use the contact form or write to me by email.

I provide many of the services you see on this website, such as venues, catering or technical equipment, together with my partner Le Royal Catering & Events GmbH in Hamburg. I pass details from your enquiry to the partner only if this is needed for a quote and you have agreed (Art. 6 (1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Beyond that I do not pass data to third parties unless I am legally required to.

This website sets no cookies. The only thing it can store in your browser is your choice on the welcome screen (music on or off). It is kept in the session storage of the open tab, contains no personal data, is never sent to us and disappears when you close the tab. No marketing or analytics services are used either, so no cookie banner is needed.

The fonts used are stored on this website's server. Opening the site does not connect you to Google or any other font provider.

References to other websites, for example Instagram, only become active when you click them. The respective operators are responsible for data processing there.

The connection between your browser and this website is encrypted with TLS. I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Please keep in mind that email is not always encrypted end to end in transit.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Simply write to the email address above.
